Thank you for shopping with rtxmin. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the United States.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to valid addresses within the United States.

Free Shipping

We provide free standard shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped through DHL or FedEx, depending on the delivery address and carrier availability.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are normally delivered within 3–7 business days.

The estimated delivery time does not include the 1–2 business-day processing period. Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

rtxmin is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer. However, our customer service team will assist whenever reasonably possible.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears delayed, please contact us. We will work with DHL or FedEx to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue.

Packages Damaged During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the product and its original packaging and contact us promptly. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
