8. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Standard shipping is free on all orders and is provided through DHL or FedEx. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, high order volumes, or events outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot dispatch an order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you, provide updated information, and offer any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

9. Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Products returned because of a change of mind or incorrect customer selection must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, complete, and in their original condition and packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. rtxmin covers eligible return shipping costs when we confirm that a product arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns that comply with our policy.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and provide:
